Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may submit a return request and our team will carefully review your case.

Please note that all return requests are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to accept or decline a return request based on the condition of the item, the reason for the return, and the time elapsed since the purchase.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wellytoys.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return request

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, our team will analyze it and get back to you within 3–5 business days with a decision.

Return Shipping Costs

If your return request is approved, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

  • Items returned without prior approval from our team

  • Final sale or clearance items
